- This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the RESTAURACJA PATIO online service (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
- The personal data administrator contained in the Service is Grand Hotel Rzeszów Sp. z o.o., Rzeszów 35-030, ul. T. Kościuszki 9, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the tax identification number NIP: 5170236589 (hereinafter referred to as ADO).
- To ensure the safety of entrusted personal data, ADO operates based on internal procedures and recommendations in compliance with the relevant legal acts regarding personal data protection, particularly the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

- conduct marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address if the client consents by selecting the appropriate box during the reservation process based on Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR. Consent for data processing for marketing purposes and sending commercial information can be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or sending such a request to ADO's email address,
- pursue ADO's legitimate interest in special cases based on Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR, such as debt recovery.

RESERVATION POLICY
Individual reservations are accepted for up to 12 people.
Group reservations for more than 12 people are accepted in advance to determine details and availability of appropriate space.
If it is not possible to arrive at the reserved time, please contact us and cancel the reservation in advance.
Please make reservations in advance so that we can ensure the availability of seats.
In the event of guests being late for the reserved time, a 15-minute grace period will be applied.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, we will make every effort to contact you and provide alternative solutions.
All reservations will be subject to our policies, which may change.
