The new winter 2025 menu is now available.

We invite you to discover our exceptional menu, which blends tradition with modernity. You will find dishes full of bold flavors, carefully selected ingredients, and creative combinations that will satisfy every palate.

Our offerings include green chickpea hummus with lavash and herbs, beef tartare with mushroom brioche, and classic herring from Bronholm served with smoked potatoes and apple oil. There will also be shrimp in butter with white wine, garlic, and nduja, as well as creamy onion broth with dauphine potatoes and Gruyère cheese.

The menu also features dishes such as sour rye soup with quail egg and white sausage, and a delicious chanterelle mushroom cream soup with Galician croquettes.

For salad lovers, we have options like corn-fed chicken in a classic Caesar salad, and grilled halloumi with orange, grapefruit, and vinaigrette. Main courses include leek and zucchini pancakes, breaded pork cutlet with a fried egg, and duck breast with pumpkin puree, croquettes filled with confit duck, and cranberry sauce. For meat lovers, we recommend a tender beef tenderloin or ribeye steak served with demi-glace, as well as pork tenderloin with mushroom mousse and young potatoes.

For those seeking a seafood experience, we have a fish dish – pikeperch fillet with shrimp in a potato dough, as well as salmon steak with pumpkin puree, butter, and a caviar touch.

To finish, be sure to try our desserts – cold cheesecake with quince and pornstar martini sorbet, or a chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream and chocolate-pumpkin soil.
