Cuvee Coloree is a blend of three different vintages, three grape varieties, and various winemaking methods: fermentation with wild and noble yeasts, aging in oak barrels and steel tanks, and both short and long maceration. Thanks to this variety, we have created a beautifully structured wine with aromas of currants, raspberries, and cherries, velvety texture, and delicate tannins.
