  • 1st place in the Smaki Galicji competition
  • Winner of the Culinary Cup of Poland (2018)

He began his professional journey in gastronomy in 2012.

After completing his education, he started working at the Grand Hotel Rzeszów, where he has been employed ever since. His professional growth was significantly influenced by his promotion to Deputy Head Chef, which allowed him to develop and refine his skills.

In 2018, he began his journey with culinary competitions. In his profession, he values passion and a love for cooking the most.

He started his career in gastronomy by working in event organization.

In 2018, he joined the team as a waiter, and thanks to his dedication, he advanced through various positions – from banquet waiter to à la carte service, shift manager, and finally, the restaurant manager of Patio in 2023.

His experience and passion for creating exceptional experiences for guests make the restaurant, under his leadership, highly regarded by both guests and staff.

During our stay in Rzeszów, we were looking for a place to eat tasty food. The choice turned out to be a success, it was a delight for the senses. Delicious food, very friendly service, decoration and live music made it an unforgettable afternoon. We ordered potato soup, Caesar salad and pork tenderloin. Everything was delicious, and the composition of pork tenderloin, new potatoes and broad beans bathed in a delicious sauce is a feast for the senses. I recommend this restaurant for special occasions.

A very nice place for a romantic dinner. The food was beautifully presented, and the dessert – crème brûlée – was the real icing on the cake. Courteous and professional service. I highly recommend it!
